"Cancelled all of my policies after being a customer with this branch for around 15 years. We never had a problem until the last 6 months or so. I am astounded at the lack of customer service especially given the vast majority of 5 star reviews and the great service we always used to have. It has been one issue after another from Briana, constant errors being made, too much to write in detail, my phone calls to try to get things fixed were always exasperating having to repeat myself and explain things over again because she wasn’t listening, only to be met with an irritated and condescending tone. When we recently moved residences and added on a vehicle she cancelled wrong policies creating huge inconveniences and the headache of repeated phone calls to have the errors rectified. I finally had the last straw when I discovered our insurance premium went up and saw we were being charged over $200 more without any written notice to us, no declaration statement and not even any record of notice on my account that there was going to be an increase. When I questioned them on this I was told someone would call me to break it all down for me but they never did. After having to call yet again I said I just want this explained to me what is the exact reason for the increase (without any notice of increase to us which is illegal) as it is our right to know what exactly we are paying for… not any one I spoke to had a clue, they finally put me through to Keith who told me “there’s no way to know” ??? and when I brought up my issues I’d been having with Briana excuses were made stating “she’s not perfect” and “we really love her.” When I brought up legalities of the matter of not providing me proper documentation in the charges to our account he was quick to assure me that he would get that declaration statement to me regarding the change of increase of our premium and after I had made it very clear to him I wanted nothing more to do with Briana he went and had her send it to me instead of sending it himself and lo and behold she sent me the completely wrong document. So I still never received any proper documentation. Which was the last straw of exasperation. Fast forward to when I called to cancel all our polices after this there were no questions asked and no attempt to try to retain us as the 15 year + loyal customers that we were. No apologies or any attempt to make things right. Just, “have a nice day.” Well I did, switched to a different insurance provider who couldn't believe what I went through and now paying significantly less."
